About Us

Our story begins with a simple observation: the soccer fields in North Jersey were underutilized, and the soccer scene lacked organization and structure. It was clear that something needed to change.
 

As a passionate soccer enthusiast, I couldn't ignore the absence of a proper soccer community in New Jersey. The sporadic and disorganized pickup games didn't do justice to the game we loved. It was time to create a space where competitive matches, strategic formations, and the joy of playing a full 90 minutes could be experienced.
 

And so, Galacticos Footy (non-profit) was born. Our mission became clear: to organize adult soccer pickup games in North Jersey that were diverse, structured, and competitive. We wanted to bring together players who shared our passion for the game and create an environment that was both fun and challenging.
 

We recognized that soccer had the power to build stronger connections and foster a stronger community. Through our efforts, we aimed to create a vibrant network of players who could come together, not just for the love of soccer, but also to forge meaningful relationships and support one another.
